Dial-An-Interpreter Service Debuts
San Francisco is the debut city for a dial-an-interpreter service that aims to go national within a year or so. The initial languages it can speak are Cantonese Japanese Korean Mandarin Russian Spanish Tagalog and Vietnamese.
